Roberto Fraga,

Serial entrepreneur, consultant, and startup investor.
As an expert in Digital Strategy, Growth, and Digital Transformation, I have taken to the world’s leading stages as a speaker and have taught at the best multinational companies and universities. I have also mentored more than 50 startups and am passionate about learning a little more about technology and digital business every day.
I am the CEO and founder of a business group with a presence in 45 countries, an advisor to more than 20 companies, and I have been named one of the TOP 100 Travel Tech CEOs in 2025.
About me
I studied Computer Engineering and Business Administration and Management. I later specialized in Digital Strategy at Stanford and Digital Transformation at MIT.
I have led projects in Silicon Valley, collaborating with companies such as Google, Apple, META, LinkedIn, and Microsoft, and I support digital talent with my training and mentoring for the best universities and accelerators in the world.
My professional career
I set up my first business, an IT company, with just a few euros of investment and hundreds of empty boxes strategically placed to make my visitors believe I had stock, but there was no shame in that.
This enabled me to start my studies in Computer Systems Engineering, which were later followed by a degree in Business Administration and Management.
In less than a year, I had my first success and devoted myself entirely to the training sector while specializing in digital and technology business.

Digital Agency
I launched my digital agency, where we help thousands of clients design a winning digital strategy.
I continued my education with a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing, a specialization in Social Media and Mobile Marketing, and an MBA.

Silicon Valley
One of the awards we received for our work led me to the cradle of digital entrepreneurship.
I trained in the cradle of the world’s best startups and learned the working methodologies that drive them.
I graduated from Stanford and began collaborating with the world’s largest accelerator for innovative startups, Founder Space.
I stepped out of my comfort zone again and launched a new business project. We secured the backing of major investors and continue to lead one of the largest market niches.

Being recognized as one of the world’s top 100 CEOs in the TravelTech sector led me to a 12-month program at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology).
ROILA INVEST
We founded Roila Invest, an investment fund for startups in different sectors that we support in their growth.
I threw myself completely into my specialization in Digital Transformation, Artificial Intelligence, and Growth to support projects with the highest professional standards.
